Who We Are
More Than a Gym. A Community.
Pulse Newport is a 5,000 sq ft gym built around a unique "class within the gym" concept — where bootcamps, HIIT, and group energy happen right alongside your open training session.
We're more like a co-op of self-driven, incredible personal trainers running their own businesses together inside our motivating, upbeat locations. Everyone pushes each other — and it shows.
We have two Newport locations — The Gym at 5 Merton Road and The Studio at 1 Casino Terrace — plus a new Portsmouth location opening soon.
