Our 5,000 square foot main gym is a unique “class within the gym” concept.  The bootcamps, hiit and other classes are happening in a space that borders the member-gym area, enabling all to get pumped up by the music and motivation of the trainers and clients together. 

We have Infrared Sauna, a Peloton Treadmill, a stretching area out of the main gym and tons of freestyle workout equipment at your finger tips.  

Once you walk through the gym on the far side is a closed off, private 1,000 square foot Barre, Yoga and Spin studio.  We can heat the room, make it dark or vibe with fun lights depending on the class.  Members can use it as a private workout area when classes are not in session.

Also within our building is Seamist Medspa, Natural Creations Hair Salon and Angelina’s Skin, Body & Nails pop-up locations.  

Around the corner in the Stop & Shop Plaza is Pulse Studio, where we offer another set of killer interval classes at our busiest times and rent space to other great trainers from town. 

Pulse Newport is more like a co-op of self-driven, incredible Personal Trainers running their own businesses together inside our motivating, upbeat locations.  We look forward to meeting you!

and THE STUDIO at 1 Casino Terrace (around the corner!)
